Email is our published route for support, privacy enquiries, rights reports and business communication. Email links open your mail application; the website does not submit a contact form or upload attachments. We do not advertise a telephone line, office address or live-chat service that has not been established.
Game loading, controls and technical problems
Use Game support — [game name] as your subject. Include the exact detail or play-page URL, device, browser and version if known, approximate time, what you expected and what happened. Tell us whether the page was blank, controls failed, sound continued unexpectedly or the provider reported an unavailable game.
If safe, try reloading once and check whether another title opens. Do not repeatedly refresh to create ad impressions, install unexpected software or disable browser security. We can review our listing and provider link but cannot guarantee restoration of a game or recover provider-controlled progress.
Inappropriate content, misleading ads and redirects
Use Content or advertising report. Give the listing URL, game name, approximate time and visible advertiser or provider name if available. Explain whether the concern appeared in our page, inside the game frame or after an external link. You do not need to click an ad to report it. Hide private account details in any screenshot you choose to send.
Reports may concern explicit imagery, excessive violence, gambling offers, misleading downloads, an ad disguised as a play control, repeated redirects or requests for sensitive information. Stop interacting while the issue is reviewed. We may restrict a listing during investigation; we cannot guarantee a particular external-provider response.

We do not accept artificial traffic, click exchanges, incentivised ad interactions or concealed advertiser relationships. Correspondence, response expectations and follow-up
We use messages to understand the issue, investigate and reply. Sender and recipient mail providers process correspondence. Relevant messages may be retained to resolve the matter and meet legitimate legal or security needs, as described in the Privacy Policy. Please do not send payment-card details, passwords, unnecessary health information or excessive information about a child.
We have not established round-the-clock live support or guaranteed general response times. Legal deadlines for qualifying rights requests still apply. Keep a copy of your email and use a clear subject. Include the original date and subject in a follow-up so we can identify the matter.
